Trainning vs Exercise

People always talk about "getting exercise." They just worry about getting some sort of exercise each day, and think they will get in better shape. This depends a lot on what the individual defines being in better shape. For the individual who only wants to lose weight, exercise is certainly beneficial, but for a person who wants to improve their fitness, more is necessary.
The first thing to make clear is the definition of exercise, and that of training. Exercise is a single workout. Training is continuous and constant exercise to a specific goal. If an individual wants to increase their muscle mass, they need to train. If they want to increase their cardiovascular health, they need to train. Exercise is Great, but to reach goals, it's training that is necessary.
